Daniel L. Stockdale
Attorney
Daniel L. Stockdale graduated from high school in Iowa Falls in 1980, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 1985 and received a joint J.D. and M.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa in 1990. Prior to returning to his hometown, Dan practiced law from 1990 through 1999 with the BrownWinick Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa and has practiced law in Iowa Falls since returning to Iowa Falls in January, 2000. Dan primarily practices in the areas of general business organization, real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of Green Belt Bank & Trust and works with many non-profit organizations in and around the Iowa Falls area. Dan lives in Iowa Falls with his wife, Kathy.
Taylor Nederhoff
Attorney
Taylor Nederhoff, J.D., is from Wellsburg, Iowa. He graduated from AGWSR High School in 2007. He received a B.A. in both Finance and Marketing from Simpson College in 2011. Taylor obtained his J.D. in 2014 from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2014. He practiced at Barker, McNeal, Wiese & Holt from 2014-2019. He joinded Stockdale Law, PLC in June of 2019. Taylor became Partner in 2024. Taylor is a member of the Hardin County Bar Association and Iowa State Bar Association. He currently serves on the Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation, Hardin County Endowment Foundation and Scenic City Civic Foundation. Taylor lives in Iowa Falls with his wife, Blake, and 2 kids.
Wyatt Aubert
Attorney
Wyatt Aubert grew up in Luverne, MN and graduated from Luverne High School in 2013. He then attended the University of Minnesota and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He went on to attend Drake University Law School and graduated with a J.D. in 2022. He was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2023. Wyatt is a member of the Hardin County Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Falls Chamber/Main Street. He also serves on the Board for the Hansen Family Hospital Foundation. Wyatt primarily practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate Transactions, Business Formation, and Probate & Trust Administration. He lives in Iowa Falls with his wife Gabie and their beloved dog Frank.
